The back story of Why I was at the Einstein: Bagels Boca Raton on Glades and 441. I went with Jessica, the young lady in the blue shirt. You see I met Jessica at the Abortion Clinic in March of that year and I told her whenever she needed me, I would be there for her if she chose to go through with her pregnancy as nine months would have Jessica gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Serenity.

 Jessica called me because she had just returned back into town and was going through postpartum blues. I picked Jessica up from her aunts. 

We went to Einstein Bagels because it was just up the street from where she lived at her aunts to get a Cup of Coffee and encourage Jessica, to minister to her and to help her through this moment in time but instead I was accosted, assaulted, man handled by a man with a gun, my freedom of movement restricted, kidnapped, attempted murder on my life, false arrest, human trafficked, robbed, tormented and mentally raped. 

This is DOMESTIC TERRORISM ON A SENIOR JEWISH WOMAN.  

NOONE read the Miranda Rights to me nor said I was under arrest ? SO how can I be resisting arrest when I wasn't told I was Under Arrest.    

FYI there was NOT a no trespassing sign on the door, and it was a public restaurant.  

BTW from that Crime against me Einstein Bagels put on their door to read: Masks suggested. "Your Welcome"

We Must Stand for OUR God Given Rights 

• This is Christopher Lawrence Orellana and his wife. Christopher who was the perpetrator of this whole evil crime against me. Christopher, came into Einstein Bagels screaming GET HER OUT OF HERE! GET HER OUT OF HERE!  GET HER OUT OF HERE! which brought turmoil and disturbance. I was just finishing my conversation with the manager, Ann Marie Campian  telling her I have the Palm Beach County Emergency Order 2020-12 in my purse and if she wanted to see it and she said no.   I had my ministerial license which exempts me from wearing a mask.  FYI (God gave me the Right).  Campian,  said:" ok but next time I would have to wear a mask". Unbeknownst to me she knew Christopher as he was one of their delivery dudes' guys. I called 911 at first because he is   screaming at me. I hung the phone up because I saw the manager on the phone. I thought she called because I, a senior woman was being verbally attacked by Christoper who was causing the disturbance.  

 It was as though it was a set up.

 IT IS ILLEGAL TO WEAR A MASK 

Florida Statute 876.12.

Also look up the Spanish Flu, People did Not die from the flu they died from wearing the masks.

Cindy sitting waiting for Jesicca, who btw is wearing a mask, at the register trying to pay and the manager Anna Marie Campian refuses to take the money from Jessica.   Jessica inquires why, and she says because Jessica is with me. 

• The man in the Costume with NO IDENTIFICATION asks me to go outside with him in which I decline, for I have done nothing wrong. He is a stranger to me with a gun on his hip. As you have witnessed on May 30, 2020, the abuses from other men and a woman in similar costumes attacking me.

For the Record, the Manager NEVER told us to leave until the Black man in the Costume asked her (after he accosted me) if she wanted me to leave. 

Jessica asked him for his badge number and his name which he refused to give.

Not once did I hear him say I was under arrest or read the Miranda Rights. 

 Now he is physically harming me and trespass on me by touching me and he has NO RIGHT to touch me.  I did NOT consent! 

I DID NOTHING WRONG!

Einstein Bagels, Boca Raton

• This is the bruise mark that was left on my throat from Rodney Oragene's attempt to MURDER me and stop my oxygen flow. (Just because a man wears a costume, they have no right to commit crimes against you). This is Criminal and an attack on me. 
• Mind you he is man, and I am a 5'2 woman. That is how much pressure he put on me which caused me to YELL" I CAN'T BREATHE!" You can hear Christopher the perpetrator in the background laughing and dancing. What kind of human being acts in this manner? 
• This was traumatizing, then Moss proceeds to steal my Driver License from my purse.
•  I am eventually put into the police car. As we leave Jessica, the young mother, who now has no way to get home because Moss wouldn't let me give her my car keys, is running after the police car calling my name... my heart sunk. I couldn't help her. As a mother myself this was traumatic for both of us.
•  I was there to minister to her, to encourage her, and this caused more trauma on her. 
•  This EVIL all because of a TRUMP HATER. (He saw my car by the front door)
•   As we leave the Parking Lot of Einstein Bagels, I notice we weren't driving towards the Jail.  I say to Moss I need to pray for you or I will hate you and so I began, he then turns the radio on full blast with Heavy Metal music his eyes go in circles, and he says Black Lives Matters. This let me know who I was dealing with and that I am helpless with my hands in handcuffs and vulnerable BUT GOD.  Moss took me to the Boca West Medical Hospital where the other police conspirators came and congregated for a pow wow to make up a story to tell. While sitting in the police vehicle, Doctor Bejamin Harrow, with his nurse came out. The first thing I say is:" I am of sound mind and the only reason I am sitting in this car is because I DID NOT wear a mask which I am exempt.  He leaves (month later I receive a bill for $2,000) 
• Is this the Mode of an Operation of PBSO? A SCAM    
• After the Doctor goes back inside Moss takes my purse and opens it up spreads all my contents on top of his police car hood and he proceeds to touch everything in my purse. It was a rape! a violation without my consent. He and another Police then take a wheelchair and start circling the police vehicle to torment me. I now am in fear of my life. I use my elbow to undo the seat belt and position myself in the middle on the hump of the seat and take my right foot and left foot and brace them under the front seats. I am praying to God and am holding tight to the seat belt with my hands still in metal cuff links.  I am beseeching God to send his angelic hosts, so they would do no harm to me. They then stop circling the car with the wheelchair. Moss then opens the back door to the vehicle and screams at me Twice to say into his walkie talkie "PUT YOUR MASK ON" and I respond in an adamant tone "I AM EXEMPT. He then gets in the driver's seat, and we go off to the jail via I-95 where he is swerving the car back and forth to cause more pain and suffering on my body. We arrive at the Jail on Gun Club, we enter, and Moss proceeds to rip my cloak off and he jerks my necklace off. A woman comes and there are Two male officers with her and Moss, all of them on the pat down fondling me.
•  Oh, BTW did I mention I am the daughter of a Police Officer; he trained me well.   
• THIS IS CRIMINAL!!
• THIS IS TERRORISM AND CRIMES AGAINST AN AMERICAN-ON-AMERICAN SOIL.

• Now knowing the man's name in the costume, btw you can purchase that top at Ross's, I have seen it there.  Rodney Oragene , he continues to press on me causing me harm, pain and suffering.  He is now Violating the 4th, 5th, 6th, 14th Amendments of Constitution of the United States of America and the Declaration of Independence.  He then attempts to steal my purse then he calls in another man in a costume now known as, Kevin Moss and they literally kidnap me out of the Einstein Bagels. Never saying I was Under Arrest or Reading the Miranda Rights.   
• It was earth shattering to have to two men with guns kidnap me. This should NEVER HAPPEN IN AMERICA!

• Rodney Oragene and Kevin Moss with a few other men in Costumes not one female in a costume present as their protocol took it upon themselves to violate My God given Right to 
• Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness 
• He denied me my livelihood, 
• He Leaned on my UN-A-LIEN- ABLE Rights which is Treason.
• Every government employee is to take the oath of office to uphold and to protect the Constitution of the United States of America and of Florida.
